"Road of life" in the faces. Valentina Fateeva

Valentina Fateeva worked as a foreman at the post office, as a grinder at the “Kyzyl-Kunche” Kazan chrome leather factory, as a master vegetable grower at the “Maisky” greenhouse farm.

And all her life she helped in organizing various events to the Kazan Society of the Blind. She buried a blind husband 17 years ago. The daughter lives in the Voronezh region, and Valentina Iosifovna is completely alone.

Recently, Valentina began to lose her health and she stopped leaving the house. At home, often, there is not even a crumb of bread, one tea. The other day I celebrated the 84th anniversary. Thanks to the dinners brought to her by the volunteers of the “Road of Life” campaign, she came to life and began to move more.

In her words of gratitude there is gratitude to all those who did not stand aside from the action "Road of Life".
